Here I Am: Drawing on Flourishing for Personal Growth will help participants to face challenges by empowering them to see and recognize their personal strengths and how to use these strengths to support their mental wellbeing. This workshop uses drawing as a creative wellness process to allow you to flourish by exploring and building on your personal strengths.
