Application Process
All SDAS applications must contain the following 3 forms:
When a student also requires in-classroom accommodation like Accommodated Reduction, please include the following form:
Please use the SDAS Receipts Form when goods and/or services are purchased:

If applying for SDAS alongside Skills Development (SD), please submit the application through LAMPSs.
If applying for SDAS after Skills Development (SD), please submit the application through email to the following addresses:
